Domingos is a Technician in Occupational Health and Safety and Occupational Risk Prevention, with 6 years of experience in the construction industry, infrastructure safety. He participated in the construction project of the Lauca hydroelectric dam as an electrical and maintenance technician. He has worked in the HSE department of companies such as Elecnor, Casais Angola participating in the construction of a sausage factory and Dominion Global in the Lauca Bita transmission line project as a field supervision technician for projects that apply the environmental and social requirements of the IFC which qualifies him for the performance of the functions of the position of Junior HSE Technician within the Quantum group.
