Fernando has a unique combination of experience concerning the international promotion and development of rail projects: planning, construction and modernization of infrastructures and rolling stock, as well as financial matters. He has served as International Business Director in RENFE, the Spanish public railway company, as Promoter and Secretary General in ADAF for 12 years (Spanish Railway Consultants, Constructors, Manufacturers and Operators Association) and as Strategy Vice-President in Temoinsa, a manufacturer of equipment for the railway industry. Fernando holds a Degree in Civil Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Madrid and also holds a Master Degree in Management.
