Gonzalo has 35 years of experience in international projects and as a consultant in various sectors: Healthcare, Education, Water, Transport and Energy. He has led teams in more than 60 projects for National Governments and International Financial Institutions (development banks, EuropeAid, bilateral agencies) in 30 different countries (Americas, Asia, Africa and the Balkans), and has held managing positions in leading Spanish companies (Eductrade, Techassist, Eptisa). Gonzalo studied Law and has two postgraduate degrees: International Project Management (Universidad Politécnica, Madrid), and Business Administration PDG (IESE), and has been a professor of International Project Management at ICADE, CECO and FEF (Madrid) in the past two decades. He currently holds the position of General Manager Consulting of Quantum group.
