Javier has 30 years of experience in foreign trade and international financial operations, mainly in promoting, developing and financing international projects related to infrastructures in emerging and developing countries (Africa, South and Central America, Middle East, Asia and Eastern Europe). He has worked primarily for governments and state entities. Javier has been General Managing Partner in Ibadesa and Board Member in diverse companies of the group, as well as international external consultant. Javier holds a Degree in Economic Sciences (CEU- Complutense University of Madrid) and an MBA (PDD) from IESE Business School. He has also served as a professor of Export Finance in ICADE (Comillas University), Madrid.
