Lisboa has 7 years of experience as an environmental and social expert in project management in the oil and gas, civil works and high voltage power line construction sectors. He worked as a field supervision specialist for projects applying IFC (Baker Hughes, Dominion Global) environmental and social requirements in Angola. Lisboa has 20 years of experience as a Field Geologist, in the geological-mining and oil sector, working in geological prospecting teams, mining exploration and geological monitoring of oil wells in countries such as Angola, Gabon and Congo Brazaville. He studied Natural Resources and Environmental Engineering at the Independent University of Angola, and received basic training in Human Rights at the Catholic University of Angola and Conflict Resolution in communities at the TSR Centre (Social Work of Reference). He currently brings his experience as an Environment and Social Expert within the Quantum group.
