Nuria holds a degree in Psychology and a PhD and Research Proficiency from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, she has a Master degree in Human Resources from ICADE- Universidad Pontificia de Comillas, and accredited training as a coach (ACTP) at The Coaches Training Institute. Nuria began her professional career in research at the Rectorate of the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, and subsequently started in the Human Resources area in companies such as Abbvie, Schering Plough, Accenture and Suntory Beverage & Food Spain where she has developed a wide experience as a Senior Business Partner. Currently holds the position of People & Culture Director within the Quantum Group.
