Paulino has 8 years of experience as a Social Worker. This includes social diagnosis, social studies in specific cases, social intervention, community development, social impact studies, social consultancy, social auditing, mediation and conflict management and resettlement plans. Mainly in projects involving the construction of very high and medium voltage power lines, roads and infrastructure for agricultural activities. He has 5 years of experience in internationally funded projects (IFC, World Bank, United Kingdom, UNICEF and the European Union). He has a degree in Social Sciences from the Catholic University of Angola. Currently holds the position of Social Technician at Quantum Group.
